Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ArteloPlan, operated by Artelo.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, access another person’s data, abuse invitations or notifications, upload unlawful or harmful content, or interfere with the service.
Plans, collaboration, and content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Artelo a limited license to host, synchronize, display to your selected audience, secure, back up, and process that content to provide the requested features. You are responsible for having permission to share content and for reviewing collaborators and public visibility.
Travel information and safety
Maps, routes, itineraries, weather, translations, expenses, and other travel information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. They are planning aids, not emergency, medical, legal, financial, or transportation guarantees. Confirm critical information with official providers and authorities. Do not rely on ArteloPlan for emergency response.
User-selected permissions and third parties
Optional device features work only with your permission and may depend on Apple, Firebase, map, weather, translation, storage, or notification services. Their availability, terms, and outages may affect the service.
Deletion, availability, and changes
You may delete your account in Profile or contact us. We may suspend content or accounts that violate these Terms, and may update or discontinue features. Revised Terms take effect when posted with a new effective date.
